RETURNS

Before returning an item, please contact us for the returns address.

Christmas Orders

We are modifying our returns period during December to allow for orders to be given as presents for Christmas. Any orders placed from 1st December 2024 have until Sunday 5th January to notify us that you wish to return or exchange items within your order. Return/exchange items must be sent back to us within 14 days from Sunday 5th January. All details remain as normal, below the Eligibility section. 

Orders up to 1st December 2024 & After 26th December 2024 onwards

You have 14 days from receiving your items to notify us that you wish to cancel or create an exchange for your order. You then have a further 14 days to return your item(s) to us. We cannot accept any returns outside of this period.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with tags.

Your returned package must include the following:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address (or phone number if preferred)
- Your Order Number
- State whether you want a Refund or Exchange for the items returned.

You are expected to cover the cost of your returned item. We recommend adding tracking and a signed for service to ensure your return does not go missing. We will not be liable for returned items that are lost in transit back to us. 

If you are looking to exchange your item for something else, we highly recommend you purchase this beforehand as we cannot hold stock while we await your returned item. We will then issue the appropriate refund or exchange as required once items are received back with us.

If a returns note with your details is not included, we will not be able to process your return. If any packaging is missing with your return that prevents us to be able to re-sell the item, you may be subject to a repackaging charge. 

Any items shipped internationally as a return must be clearly marked as a return from the sender. We will also have to charge a return shipping fee with any exchanged items back to your location and payment will need to be cleared prior to shipping exchanged items. We will send this to you via an email with a payment link. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the refund within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your item has clearly been used/worn/damaged through wear or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the item/s back to you at your cost with no refunds given.
