WHAT DOES EMEKS MEAN?

EMEKS is phonetic for MX which is the abbreviated short form for Motocross. Genius, right?

WHAT IS LIMITED EDITION?

Our FUSION line of Bibs and Jerseys are all limited edition. This means we only manufacture a small quantity of them to ensure anyone wearing EMEKS has a level of uniqueness at the track. Our compression tops and pants are not limited edition and we continually restock them. This allows you to be able to create a new kit combination with just a new compression top or set of pants rather than having to buy a whole new kit. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We're currently taking a break for Christmas so all orders placed after 10am on 20th December will be shipped on Monday 6th January. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our deliveries to UK addresses typically take 1-3 working days. We endeavour to ship your parcel the same day if ordered before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm are typically shipped the following day. We do not ship orders on weekends.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

We pride ourselves on having fully trackable parcels. We email you a tracking link and the tracking number so you can track your parcels direct with our courier. If you need any assistance in tracking your order, please contact us and we will chase down your package for you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY?

If you are ordering our products from outside of the UK, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies and other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can't offer assistance with the processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable in your country before ordering.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Once an order has been dispatched and you have received the email notification, we cannot change or cancel the order. However, if you place an order and want to make a change quickly, please contact us and we will jump on it right away. If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched yet, please contact us and we will cancel it on your behalf. If the item(s) has already been shipped, please see our returns information.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

CAN I GET MY JERSEY PRINTED?

We don't offer jersey/bib printing but we can recommend a couple of companies. (Only our sponsored riders have their logos printed in to the tops during the manufacturing process.) 

HOW DO YOUR SIZES COMPARE TO STANDARD?

We have done our very best to design and develop our products to always be true to size. In any circumstance where we consider there may be some cross-over, we put our recommendations in the product description to assist you. You can always contact us and we can recommend sizing for you.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We've also teamed up with Klarna so that you can defer your payment for 30 days and pay no interest or split your payment in to 3 instalments across 60 days. This is available on checkout, below the card details option.

I HAVE A GIFT CARD, HOW DO I SPEND IT?

You will receive an email with your gift card voucher code which is redeemable on our website. Simply add your products to your basket and input the voucher code in the discount code section on check out to activate the gift card. If you have any questions, please contact us.

WHAT ARE YOUR CARE INSTRUCTIONS?

We recommend washing your dirty kit straight after your ride, as soon as you get home. We do not recommend pressure washing the kit. Simply put the kit in the washing machine with your usual washing detergent, set the machine to Daily Wash (or similar) and temperature to 30-40 degrees. Once washed, just hang to dry. Do not use softener or all-in-one tabs. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. If any stains remain in the tops or jeans, soak them for an hour in a bowl or bath of warm water with a scoop of non-chlorine/oxygen bleach (such as Vanish) and gently rub the stained area. After an hour and once the stains have lifted, rinse the items with cold water and ring out to dry. You can always put them through a quick machine wash again if the stain is not lifting, but through our testing and experimentation the above is the best way to get your kit looking like new again!

DO YOU DO WOMEN'S KITS?

We don't offer any female sizes at the moment but all of our moto clothing has plenty of adjustment to be as inclusive as possible. We would also say our casual wear is unisex.
