DELIVERY

We're proud to say we offer FREE Express fully tracked delivery for all orders over £100 to anyone in the UK Mainland. To ensure our service is fast, consistent and reliable, we charge a small fee of £3.99 for orders below £100 to provide the same 24 Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail. 

 

From receipt of your order, we will do our best to process your order the same day, or within 48 hours during busy periods. We do not ship orders on weekends. Please carefully review your delivery address to ensure it is correct and check your contact information prior to checkout. We will send out an email once your order has been dispatched. We cannot be held liable for an item going missing if you have incorrectly input your delivery address.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked as standard and you should expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 days to UK Mainland addresses following the confirmation email. We will email you a link once your package has been shipped so that you can track it.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

During December we are now offering FREE international delivery for all orders over £100. All orders will be shipped insured and tracked. All shipments will be sent DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid - meaning, you will be required to cover the import duty charges should these apply to your order. Unfortunately we have no control over the import duty charges as they are subject to your countries policies.
